One has retired of the active service, by health problems and because it is not in agreement with the government of Miguel Railing. Hilario is good, noble and intelligent, although him lack firmness in its character. He is consentidor with Matilde and severe with Humberto, it hurts to him that his son walks in bad steps. With Manuel it gets along immediately
